Public law

Our firm deals with all areas of public law, but our primary areas of expertise include:

· administrative law:

 In particular, but not exclusively, the day-to-day management of a comprehensive range of municipal law matters

· criminal law:

Currently criminal defence and representation of the injured party cases are handled exclusively by dr. K. Tóth Fanni cooperating attorney, mainly focusing on economic crimes, offenses against transportation rules and drug cases

Private law

Our firm deals with all areas of private law, but our primary areas of expertise include: 

·  providing comprehensive legal representation in litigation and non-litigation proceedings, as well as in all life situations that may result in legal disputes 

· establishing, amending, transforming and dissolving companies, as well as drafting legal opinions on their operation, participating in the preparation process of their business decisions, developing uniform contractual practices for companies and the overall day-to-day management of their legal affairs

· developing internal regulation systems and internal (integrated) control system for companies, preparing and updating their internal regulations based on legislative changes, preparing data protection (GDPR) regulations

·managing and recovering financial claims through bankruptcy and liquidation procedures, order for payment procedures and enforcement proceedings

·handling consumer complaints in consumer protection matters, enforcing consumer claims against businesses, providing legal representation in conciliation board proceedings

· providing comprehensive legal representation in condominium disputes 

· drafting and reviewing real estate transactions, in particular, but not exclusively, purchase and sale contracts, gift contracts, exchange contracts and related land registry procedures, as well as litigation and extra-judicial representation in neighbouring rights disputes

· drafting and reviewing contracts, in particular, but not limited to assignment contracts, contracts for work and services, rental contracts, agency contracts, contracts of carriage and transport, syndicate contracts

· advising on trademark matters and drafting legal opinions, providing representation in trademark registration and renewal procedures

· labour law matters, in particular, but not limited to, drafting employment contracts, drafting internal rules and regulations, drafting instructions, drafting termination notices, representation in cases of wrongful termination, drafting and reviewing non-compete agreements, full-scale labour law inspections for business companies and legal representation in labour law litigation
